Just a quick public service announcement for all of you out there in bloggerland...
If you have been up all day, but can't seem to fall asleep, doing yoga at 3AM will not help tire you out. Yes, it is a good workout, and yes it is good for you, but it will only make you more awake.
Trust me, I am a doctor with a PhD in Awesome, and I am speaking from experience.
